About Our Principal Consultant

Rosemary Kavanagh is a visionary, high-performing executive and strategic thinker with more than 30 years’ experience transforming organizations. Her work has spanned not for profit (education, social services, charities, public and special libraries), corporate, government, and international sectors. She has led major organizational development projects in Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Africa and acted as a strategic advisor to many governments and international organizations such as UNESCO; she has also implemented systems and operational changes to improve and enhance productivity in these operations.

Rosemary is a well-rounded leader who has an excellent track record for building and inspiring successful teams. She holds a Masters in Library and Information Science, University of Western Ontario, and a certificate in Strategic Leadership from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about the role of NFPs in societal development and change.
